Mara Siciliano

Director

Mara established Intersect in 2003, and her significant business management and marketing strengths cover areas that include: strategy, brand, production, budgets and finance, process, and client relationships.

She began her career in London in 1995, and has worked for high profile, national brands and clients in both Sydney and Perth. The list includes Laminex, Wesbeam (Capital Group), The Brain Foundation, and the WA Small Business Development Corporation.

Today Mara manages Intersect’s business operations, oversees client projects, and works on business strategy. Her work philosophy can be summed up in three words: ‘getting it done’.

Kaila Milne

Director

Kaila’s marketing expertise developed across her 14+ years working in grass roots organisations, in traditional advertising agencies, and within senior business roles. Her specialist skills lie in marketing strategy, advertising, media planning and management, brand and business strategy, and public relations.

With a very practical approach, she’s managed accounts that include Mirvac Fini, Sandalford Wines, Summit Homes, Dale Alcock Homes and Silver Chain.

Kaila collaborates with Mara on business development, and has both a keen focus on the creative process and a passion for helping new clients.

Jill Sinclair

Senior Marketing Consultant

Jill brings a high level of diverse marketing, communications and PR insight and experience to Intersect. From brand and commercial strategies, to managing media and marketing campaigns on traditional and digital platforms, she’s worked for Seven West Media and Newscorp where she lead a successful relaunch of STM. She’s managed WA and national clients including HBF, Lotterywest, Channel 9, ECU, Road Safety Commission.

In addition to consulting on all aspects of strategic and creative marketing, Jill focuses on getting results for clients while keeping ahead of marketing trends for them.

Parissa Williams

Marketing Consultant

Parissa gained her considerable marketing and web media experience working in traditional advertising agencies of all sizes. She brings expertise from several industries, with time spent on brands including Wesbeam, Kleenheat, TAB touch and New Choice Homes.

Her in depth marketing knowledge extends from creative and strategy, to the implementation of integrated campaigns. With an intuitive grasp of social media and a passion for digital marketing, she has run many online campaigns for clients.

Parissa loves delving into campaign measurement and reporting on success via social media analytics.
