One of the biggest barriers for home buyers is affordability.

In recent years the banks have tightened their lending policies making it more and more difficult for people to obtain home finance.

New Choice Homes recognized this and made a decision to partner with a local mortgage broker company to help clients secure the best home loan to suit their personal situation.

New Choice Homes engaged us to develop a campaign promoting their new financial services support offering to clients.


Understanding that affordability is one of the biggest barriers for young home buyers, we saw an opportunity to take a very direct but humorous approach to strike a chord with our target audience and provide cut through in a very competitive market.

Working with AT Creative we created a campaign running across social media, press, radio and outdoor. The campaign highlights a partnership between New Choice Homes and Nu-Age Lending Solutions to help potential buyers find the right loan to afford their perfect home, even if they have no deposit or savings.
